Pink baby shower
Today I’m going to share a pink and yellow baby shower I threw for my neighbor Melissa with my friend Britany.
I thinks it’s always fun to add a little bit of decor in the entry way. A wreath always adds a nice touch as well. Fun ahead! Yippee!
You can see how I made this darling wreath here.
For the entry way we hung tissue poms and honey comb balls (with fishing line and command hooks) and displayed some pictures of my gorgeous friend Melissa. For the favors we put pink and white cookies in polka dot and striped bags closed with mini pink clothespins.
For lunch we served chicken salad croisant sandwiches, pasta salad, green salad and jello salad with pink lemonade.
For dessert we served pink lemonade cupcakes, lemon bites (from Costco), marshmallows dipped in chocolate and pink popcorn.
I was so in love with this gorgeous cake by Inspired Sugar Cakes. They did a fabulous job. It made the whole dessert table come together! For the back drop we hung up 3 yards of fabric with 3m command hooks and fishing line. We found the fabric on sale for about ten bucks and it made ALL the difference. I also printed out “oh baby it’s a girl” with pink vinyl and stuck it on a white foam board. Then we placed two giant balloons on each side of the dessert table. I LOVE those balloons!
How adorable are these “oh baby” straw tags from Minted?!
For the tables we cut out fabric squares and scalloped pieces of paper. Then we filled the jars with flowers and candy. We also tied pink tulle around the chairs.
For the presents table we made a simple circle garland and hung poms above. You may remember the gorgeous ruffled fabric from my daughters first Birthday party.
Britany and I had such a fabulous time creating everything for our friends shower! This is a very exciting time for her and it was such a special day. I’m grateful for everyone who made it a huge success! P.S. We totally matched the shower. 😉
Are you expecting soon? Here are some fun ways to announce you’re pregnant! Yay!

I love these printables! When I print the baby shower bingo, it only prints the lines at the bottom left corner. Has anyone else had this problem?
Hi Heather! If you are still having trouble printing it, go ahead and send me an email at [email protected] and I can try and send the link that way! 🙂
What am adorable shower! I came to visit site for decoration ideas and the free printables. I am throwing my nanny a shower for her first baby girl. I would love to have the games but I could not get either links to work. URL not found each time I tried. Are they still available to print?

I’d love to be able to alter your template to make a 4 x 6 shower menu that matches in border and font. What font did you use for “Wishes For BABY”?? Or can you help me make one?
Hi Angela! For some reason I can’t find my document with the editable file and I can’t remember the font names! I’m so sorry!

Your comment made my day! Thanks Katie!! 🙂
Hi There,
Thank you for these amazing games. This may sound like a silly question but how do you play the ‘Advice for mommy’ game?
Thanks x
Hi! It is played just like Mad Libs. You can either fill it out all together or have each guest fill it out and then take turns reading what they come up with, you’ll have everyone laughing for sure!
Hi, the pdf for the games are password protected? 🙁
Hi Madeleine, they should be available now! 🙂
Hello, really love these.. but not too sure how to print just the BLUE printables?Or do you have to print all 3 colors? Please reply or send me an email asap 🙂 Thanks!
Hi Makenna! Since all games are on different pages you can just print the blue printables! When you are printing you just need to make sure you print the certain pages you want instead of 1-9. 🙂
thank you for helping me get the game part out of the way
You’re very welcome! 🙂
it is awesome to be with friends. can i get some games printable??

I’m so glad you were able to use these ideas! Thanks for your comment! 🙂
Hi! I love these printable, but how do you fill the spaces in to print them?
Hi Ariel! You would use a PDF editing software to add the text. 🙂
