50 Red, White, and Blue Ideas
50 red, white, and blue ideas…creative ways to kick-off summer and celebrate our freedom while remembering our fallen heroes!
Memorial Day typically marks the unofficial kick-off to summer, and believe me, it can’t come a day too soon! One of the best things about summer is the outdoor barbecues, and Memorial Day is the perfect time to get things started. And while Memorial Day often means summer and barbecues (and killer sales!), we definitely don’t want to forget the real occasion for the holiday: remembering America’s fallen heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice. Their sacrifice allows us to enjoy all the incredible freedoms that we cherish so much.
Below you’ll see red white and blue ideas for desserts, decorations, centerpieces and games/activities/crafts for kids – everything you need to throw a fantastic event! All items are patriotic in nature, so while we are kicking off summer and enjoying family and friends, we can also be reminded of our great country and those who gave their lives for it. We are so thankful for their sacrifice!
